18 ounce Grilled Maple-Brined LanRoc Farms Pork Chop Pork Chop $42
The pork chop at Ox is one of our classics. It's a very large hand cut pork chop that is first brined in our maple-based brine for 32 hours. When ordered, we slowly grill it on all sides over our large wood fired grill. We serve it sliced or whole, if you prefer, with an additional garnish of fresh maple, extra virgin olive oil, our house smoked Jacobsen Sea Salt and a little chopped Italian parsley.

Obviously, we cannot make a pork chop vegan or vegetarian, but we want to make sure we can accommodate someone who wants to participate in the Ticket to Dine program but does not eat meat. For those guest we are offering maitake mushrooms that we cook on the wood fired grill. We garnish this meaty mushroom with fresh sliced green onion, our house smoked Jacobsen Sea Salt and our chimi rojo sauce (red chimichurri). This chimichurri is a more concentrated version of the green chimichurri that we are well known for. It features sherry vinegar, chopped Mama Lil's Peppers, lemon zest, espelette pepper, and sweet and smoked paprikas. It's a flavor dynamic that we love with this very beefy-textured mushroom. You won't miss the meat when you eat this dish.
